About The Role
We are seeking a brilliant, passionate and deeply experienced social publishing channels manager. As our social channels manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing the business and the team on a day to day basis. This opportunity is for someone who is passionate about entertaining our community and managing our pages across all the platforms. You will be highly knowledgeable about the latest trends in the social media landscape, has a broad knowledge of social publishers and the creator economy.
As our social publishing channels manager, you will be focusing developing and implementing clear editorial positioning and content output, creative and distribution strategies. You will be responsible for driving audience growth and maximizing platform and brand revenue, with a strong emphasis on Facebook monetization. By analyzing content performance, identifying social media trends, and implementing data-driven strategies, you will optimize content output and scheduling to exceed growth and revenue targets. Expertise in Facebook’s monetization tools and algorithms will be highly valuable in enhancing engagement and unlocking additional revenue opportunities.

Required Skills And Experience.

Experience Managing and operating large social media accounts.

A strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term growth and engagement plans for social channels.

Show good experience of managing social media teams .

Have a strong familiarity with Social Insights and/or other social focused data tools.

Excellent understanding of optimised content formats for variety of digital platforms.

Have experience using social listening platforms or tools (E.G. CrowdTangle, Sprout Social, Tubular etc).

Multiple stakeholder management experience.

The position requires a strong and proven leader, one that possesses exceptional integrity and skills to analyse and solve problems.
A qualification in Media Production, Communications, Digital Production/Publishing, or related field is not mandatory, but nice to have.
Responsibilities.

Develop strategic plans and operational plans for the channel’s growth in multi-platform content delivery and revenue generation.

Providing direction to the social media team to actively search for the most relevant content.

Overseeing of client’s content output on social channels.

Managing the social media across Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube - focusing on content, creative and distribution strategies, using data and insight to inform the approach, scheduling, and content output.

Manage and analyse data from our social media platforms and provide actionable insights.

Analyse social platforms and how each of them uniquely impacts audience behaviour and content performance.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools

Understanding and following the clients brand guidelines with all edits of content while also being compliant with social media community guidelines.
