THE EXTREME HANGOUT is back for COP27 over 4 days Nov 8 to 11 with its youth led agenda on climate change and this time it’s on the beach at Park Regency, Sharm El Sheikh overlooking one of the world’s finest reefs with panoramic views of the Sinai Mountains.

As world leaders assemble at COP27 to demonstrate how they’ve measured up against last year’s goals, The Extreme Hangout will be hosting talks, panel discussions and interactive events that bring people from all over the world together, to explore strategies for sustained progress.

The Extreme Hangout beachfront stage will host live debate and inspiring discussion from key opinion leaders, youth climate activists, sustainability pioneers, environmental commentators and business leaders all on a joint mission to amplify the game-changing research and ideas helping to tackle climate change. Each panel has been carefully curated by The Extreme Hangout and partners, with young people from around the world involved in every conversation.

Amber Nuttall, founder of the Extreme Hangout, says “Young and underrepresented people want their voices heard and have little participation in the formal proceedings, so we made it our mission to give them a seat at the table and a platform for their voices to be heard. We look forward to hosting challenging conversations at COP27 and livestreaming the content to a global audience, so everyone can feel part of the conversation.”
