TOMAS ZEJDA COMEBACK!

Our EXTREME and DEWALT® team rider Tomas Zejda, who currently ranks 22nd in the Freestyle Mountain Bike World Rankings has been making a name for himself as the first Czech rider to really make it big in the Freestyle mountain bike scene, and as one of the best, if not THE best Czech riders of all time.

Not only has he been invited to Red Bull Joyride at Crankworx and Red Bull Rampage, he has also made an appearance on Nitro Circus in his hometown of Prague. He has done this through determination and drive despite being up against the odds. It is not often that the Nitro Circus Crew are joined by a local.

Unfortunately, Tomas missed out on the final round of Crankworx in Whistler due to a broken leg in May. The good news is: As one of the toughest riders out there, he is back already after a few rounds of surgery and we are buzzing to see what he can do in his upcoming competitions. He's already had his first official appearance back on the bike at Bike & Style in Munich.

When Tomas is not riding for fun or competing in a competition (one and the same for Tomas), he is taking the opportunity to travel the countries that FMB takes him to. You could say that he is living the dream. He has been riding for 14 years now and said that turning PRO is really a dream come true for him.

Tomas is currently representing DEWALT and EXTREME and from the perspective of both teams behind his sponsorship, it’s amazing to have someone so determined and influential to support. We look forward to seeing what Tomas can do next year having made a full recovery, and wish him all the best in doing so.

Here’s a link to his Instagram so you can see what he is up to in the meantime
