THE BRIEF: 

EXTREME have been engaged in an advisory capacity on the development of the West Bund Financial Hub in Shanghai, to create a diverse range of sports, leisure, entertainment and adventure activities and experiences for the domestic, regional and international visitors.

THE SCOPE: 

EXTREME to propose a commercially driven domestic and international strategic approach, utilising the team’s industry knowledge, insights and global expertise to provide calculated planning across design, development and operations. The objectives of the project are to;

• Support the government and developer’s agenda to encourage an active, sporty and healthy lifestyle

• Support and drive tourism within the area

• Integrate and compliment other assets and brands identified for the development

• Consider sound commercial and financial modelling on specialist sports assets

• Unlock the full potential and value of the destination
