THE BRIEF:
EXTREME were approached to develop a concept and masterplan for the world's most integrated and fully immersive extreme and adventure sports destination, incorporating a unique selection of indoor and outdoor adrenaline-fueled experiences mixed with fun, leisure and entertainment.
Lifestyle components also needed to be considered around accommodation, food and beverage, events space and retail. The destination is already an operating entity but on a much smaller scale, with the vision to expand and position it as a global leader in the industry.
THE SCOPE:
EXTREME’s remit was to provide and deliver the vision, strategy and concept planning for the adventure sports community driven destination incorporating land, air and water-based experiences.
